After collaborating with you to design your capital formation roadmap, we structure the next round’s capital campaign. The first step is to build your initial investor pipeline from our over 4,000 active investor network.

During the campaign we curate the investor pipeline moving targets through the funnel in a consistent process with clear communications internally and with investors.

After successfully closing the round. Your Investor/Shareholder Network will be Managed and further curated over time to keep it fresh for subsequent campaigns.

Raising Capital is a Messy Process

It is inefficient by nature. Sure, there are many attempts to minimize this from crowd funding to angel groups, often using technology to make it better. But it’s still messy. A key mitigator is to have a rock solid investor targeting strategy founded on two key principles: Affinity and Investor Thesis/Stage.

M&A Engagements

We support you on both the buy or sell side of M&A. On the buy side it is focused on either growth via competitive take out or tuck in capability. We help with targeting strategy, market research and competitive positioning, diligence and deal negotiations.

On the sell side it is focused on exit scenarios, modeling, diligence and deal negotiations. Again, we are fans of Design Thinking as a governing process either way.
