Founded by Scott Laster, Corey Patrick and Brian Childress, MiCare Path is a platform that optimizes patient care through Remote Patient Monitoring today and data tomorrow. Originally launched with a focus on the MSK/Orthopedic segment, it has crossed over into other specialities with healthcare delivery.

Strategy & Seed Stage Capital Campaign
The team initial engaged us to help with structuring a product development partnership agreement and other product strategy initiatives. We then moved into designing and launching a Seed stage Capital Campaign which eventually closed $1m+ in funds. The company closed its “A” round of $5m+ 24 months later and is becoming a well known RPM provider in healthcare.
