Business Model Strategy & Raising Two Rounds of Capital – Seed and Growth
Founded by Channing Moreland and Makenzie Stokel, EVA is a rapidly growing digital marketplace for Corporations to book entertainment for internal and external events.
We helped EVA with its 500k+ seed round and are currently working on it’s second round of $2.5m. In the between the rounds we were engaged to evaluate and make recommendations on changes to the business model including pricing, margin expansion, the design of a team incentive compensation plan, and 5 year financial projections – all with the purpose to accelerate the company’s growth and performance leading up to the second round.
The team executed the changes resulting in higher investor interest in the company.
